Shipping & Delivery
All items from Marae Montreal are shipped directly from our suppliers in China. Canada is located far from China, so delivery can take 10–25 business days depending on the shipping method, customs clearance, and your location. Express shipping is faster (5–10 days) but comes at a higher cost, while standard air or sea freight may take longer. We aim to process orders within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on orders over CAD $50. For smaller orders, a flat shipping fee of CAD $5 applies. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. To arrange an exchange or return, please contact us at info@marae.com. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.
