At Marae Montreal, we want you to receive your order in perfect condition. For this reason, returns are only accepted if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items that are returned for any other reason, including a change of mind or preference, will not be accepted.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@maraemtrl.com. We will review your case and provide instructions for returning the item safely. No returns should be sent without our approval, and we reserve the right to refuse any unapproved returns.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund or replacement via the original payment method. Refunds will only be issued for items that meet the criteria above. We aim to resolve all issues promptly and professionally, in accordance with Canadian and Quebec consumer protection laws.
